14 Day Returns
Not loving your new Marrakech purchase? Not a problem. We accept exchanges and returns received within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges and returns for store credit are free, or we can refund your original form of payment less $10.95 return shipping costs. Returns must be in new, unworn condition, with its original packaging, Marrakech hang tags etc. intact.
Any items that are returned with stains or odors will be returned to sender and ineligible for refund.
*Excludes FINAL SALE items. Any item marked as Final Sale cannot be returned for refund.
- Please request a return through our online return portal, HERE
- Print the shipping label provided.
- Apply the return shipping label to your package and mail your return via shipping provider on label.
For a Full Refund: Once your return has been received, we will reimburse your account for the full merchandise price minus the $10.95 prepaid shipping if you decide to use the return label provided.
*For any orders over $1,000 customer pays return shipping
Our warehouse will process your refund within 5 business days from the date we receive your return. Depending on your card policy, allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
For Store Credit: Once your return has been received, we will issue a store credit via email for the full merchandise price.
Kindly note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable – this fee will be deducted from your refund. Otherwise the item can be returned at your cost with the carrier of your choice. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Love your new item, but not the right size or color? Simply place a new order to make sure the new item is available and proceed with the return process here. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and return to the Marrakech Warehouse within 14 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we receive your returned package.
All merchandise is fully inspected before it is packaged and sent to you. In the rare case that you have received a damaged item, please contact customer service at email@example.com or call (562) 408-4971. Damaged items are eligible for return or exchange. Simply complete the return form and indicate reason for return.
Unfortunately we do not offer price adjustments at this time.
