You can return or exchange eligible items within 14 DAYS of when your order was delivered.

Step 1: Start Your Return or Exchange

If you opted in to REDO coverage for $2.98 with your order, your return shipping label is FREE and included. 

If you did not opt in for REDO coverage on your order, you are responsible for paying for the shipping back. The cost will be deducted from your refund.

Step 2: Print & Attach the Prepaid Return Label

You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label—just print it out and stick it on your package.

Step 3: Drop It Off

Ship your package back via the carrier on the return label.

Step 4: Get Your Refund, Exchange or Store Credit

Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be sent.

For Refunds: Refunds can take 3-10 business days to appear (bank-dependent) back to your original form of payment.

For Exchanges: An exchange order will be created once your return is received at our warehouse. You do have the option to do an INSTANT EXCHANGE in which an exchange order is created automatically and a hold is placed on your original form of payment (to ensure we receive the original returned item back). You have 14 days to send back the item or the hold will be finalized and your card will be charged for the exchange item.

For Store Credit: You’ll get an email as soon as your return is approved with your store credit for the full amount + a 15% bonus for your returned item(s). You must use it within 60 days.

💰 Returning an order over $1,000? You'll be charged a $10.95 handling fee for every $500 that is returned.
