RETURNS + EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

 

We accept exchanges and returns received within 14 days of delivery.  Exchanges and returns for store credit are free, or we can refund your original form of payment less $10.95 return shipping costs. Returns must be in new, unworn condition, with its original packaging, Marrakech hang tags etc. intact. 

 

*Excludes FINAL SALE items. Any item marked as Final Sale cannot be returned for refund. 

 

*For any orders over $1,000 customer pays return shipping

 

Please note, we only accept returns that were purchased via MarrakechClothing.comMarrakechClothing.com will not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at approved retailers and boutiques.

 

Can I make an exchange online?

 

If you would like to make an exchange, we suggest placing a new order for the item you want to ensure that it does not go out of stock.  Then visit our Returns Center and follow the form until you can select Return to be emailed your return shipping label.  Once we receive your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

 

 

Can I return an item after the 14-day return window?

 

At this time, we cannot accept returns or process refunds outside of our 14-day return window.

 

When will I be refunded for my return?

 

Our warehouse will process your refund within 5 business days from the date we receive your return. Depending on your card policy, allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

How do I return an order from within the U.S.?

 

Please visit our Returns Center on our website and follow the instructions to initiate your domestic return. You will receive a detailed email with instructions for how to manage your return per our policy. How do I return an order from outside the U.S.?

 

At this time, International customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse. You may ship your return with a carrier of your choice. For your safety, we recommend sending via a trackable and insured method so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse. Remember to keep the tracking number for your own records. Please send your return back to the following address:
